Privacy policy

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you contact us through the enquiry form or by email, we receive:

• your name, email address and company
• the areas of interest, budget range and timeline you select, if any
• the message you write, and anything else you include in your email

The enquiry form does not store anything on this website. It prepares an email in your own email app, addressed to us, and nothing is sent until you press send.

We use your details only to read and answer your enquiry, and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or start working together. We do not add you to a mailing list, send marketing, or sell or rent your data.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form, and on the steps needed before entering into a contract at your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own website, not from third-party services.

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, its systems process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Vercel acts as our service provider for this.

Emails you send us are stored in our business email account, provided by our email hosting provider, which processes them on our behalf.

Some of these providers may process data outside North Macedonia. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards they offer for international transfers.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows. When they are no longer needed, we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep certain records for longer, for example for accounting.

You have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• restrict or object to how we use it
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time

To use any of these rights, write to info@vedera.mk. We will reply within one month. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (azlp.mk).

This website links to other sites, such as the products in our work section. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

If the way we handle personal data changes, for example if we add a form service or analytics, we will update this page and the date at the top.
