Who it is for

People who are curious about AI but have not used it much, or have tried it and want to use it properly. No technical background, no coding.

How it runs

Eight classes over four weeks, two per week. Each class explains one topic in plain language, then you practise it on a real task of your own.

Two classes a week. Every class explains one topic and ends with an exercise you complete during the class.

    Foundations

      What AI is and is not

      How chat assistants and language models work, explained without jargon. What they can do well, what they cannot do, and the main tools available today.

      Set up an assistant and hold your first useful conversation with it.

    2. Class 2 · Wed 4 Nov

      Asking clearly

      The parts of a good request: context, role, examples and the format you want back. Why the same question can give different answers.

      Hands-on

      Rewrite vague requests into clear ones and compare the results.

  2. Week 2

    Everyday work

    1. Class 3 · Mon 9 Nov

      Writing with AI

      Drafting and replying to emails, adjusting tone, correcting language, and turning long documents into short summaries.

      Hands-on

      Improve a message you actually need to send and summarise a real document.

    2. Class 4 · Wed 11 Nov

      Thinking and planning with AI

      Using AI to brainstorm, compare options, make plans and learn a new subject quickly, plus a simple look at how these models produce text.

      Build a plan for a personal or work goal with AI as your partner.

    Beyond text

      Images, voice and files

      Creating images from a description, talking to an assistant by voice, and asking it to read photos, PDFs and spreadsheets.

      Create an image and work through a document by voice.

    2. Class 6 · Wed 18 Nov

      Accuracy, privacy and responsibility

      Why AI can sound sure and still be wrong, how to check its answers, what not to share, and where bias comes from.

      Hands-on

      Find the mistakes in AI answers and verify them against reliable sources.

  4. Week 4

    Making it yours

      AI in your daily routine

      Practical uses across common jobs and everyday life, on your phone and in the browser. Saving instructions so the assistant remembers how you work.

      Set up personal instructions and one reusable request for a task you repeat.

    2. Class 8 · Wed 25 Nov

      Your AI playbook

      A review of the whole course, habits for safe daily use, and how to keep learning after it ends.

      Hands-on

      Put together your personal AI playbook and present your most useful use to the group.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any prior knowledge?

No. The course starts from the very beginning and is designed for people with no technical background.

What do I need to take part?

A computer with a stable internet connection. A phone is useful for the voice and photo exercises, but not required.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer in denars, from a bank account in North Macedonia. The payment details are listed on this page. The price includes VAT.

When is my place confirmed?

Once your payment arrives. Email us after paying, and we will confirm your place and send the details for the first class.
